We had complications with the TV and the front desk tried to correct it, however the TV was blown at that point. The manager had to come and check it for himself and a little later brought a brand new TV for us to use. This was amazing and very much appreciated. The room was very clean, the property was manicured and the staff was better than we've experienced in a while. Breakfast was also pretty good. :)

All the staff are wonderful and ever so helpful. Always a smile and friendly greeting ! Great location . Large rooms, nice pool and hot tub ! Will be back !

I love this hotel. Every time I go to Alvin, Texas, or any other place out of town, I always stay at a Sure Stay Plus Hotel by Best Western. It is always clean and comfortable, and the staff is always great, kind, and friendly.

The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and smelled good. The room was quiet. The lady working the desk was very helpful. I booked the room and then my father wanted his own room so she tried to get his room close to mine and because he is 77 years old she made sure the room was on the bottom floor and close. I will definitely stay there again when visiting my parents.
