Most everything. Atmosphere, the hospitality, the historic atmosphere, and the dog.
Great historic preservation. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bed and extra amenities.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. I'd suggest having an egg dish or healthy cereals or oatmeal.
Everything! Lovely period decorated rooms and entire house/hotel was kept in the period decor. Beautiful sunny breakfast room and hosts provided a selection of snacks and breakfast items. Fresh coffee was always available and several varieties for every taste. Teas were offered as well as filtered water, and the fridge had milk, cream, almond and oat milks to add to coffee or tea. The fridge was also stocked with yogurt and fruit and other items so there was no need to go hungry! The host shops daily for delicious bakery items for breakfasts and snacks. Very B&B-ish with more attentive service. Cordial hosts Jeff and Cindy shared local lore and information, recommended dining, and more. Secure environment and parking. Absolutely lovely in every way!
