Convenient location for Downtown (although downtown itself isn't the nicest part of Portland). Clean and Quiet. Large comfortable bed. They were the only hotel we stayed with that replied to a question I had via Booking, and were happy for me to get mail sent to the hotel, which proved to be extremely useful and much appriciated.
Room and it’s facilities, comfort of the bed, Quietness of the room.
Staff were lovely - rooms were big and very comfortable.
The room was awesome, breakfast and people were very nice.
Visit El Gaucho restaurant!!!
The staff, in particular the restaurant staff, was amazing
