The apartment was fantastic: clean, spacious, comfortable. It was also located in a perfect location to get downtown but also onto the freeway. The hosts were also very communicative. I'd definitely book again especially at this great price.
Really cute flat with everything you need! Really easy to communicate with the owner. Easy to have the check in informations. The neighborhood was safe. Near Deep Ellum maybe 30 min by walk and a couple of minute by bus or car. There was a bus stop nearby also.
This was my second time staying at The Property, and it’s a reliable and affordable choice. I travel often to visit family and friends, and this place always makes me feel safe and secure, even when I’m traveling alone. The only minor downside is the squeaky floors, but that’s expected with older buildings. Overall, it’s a great option, conveniently located near gyms and other amenities.
The location was close to downtown and felt secure, with a code required to enter through the gate to reach the unit. The area seemed to have plenty of families, which was a nice touch, and a park was conveniently nearby. Having a washer and dryer was a great perk, and the hosts were responsive. I’d gladly stay here again.
The apartment was clean, comfortable and updated nicely. For my purposes, the location was close to the family I was visiting, yet still convenient and easy to get into the heart of Dallas. I truly enjoyed my stay and will book the apartment again should I have a need to return to the area for either personal or business purposes. I also appreciated the hosts attentiveness. They inquired if I was able to access the property. They inquired if there was anything I needed and they provided helpful information and instructions to help make my stay stress free.
