The property was almost perfectly clean. I would recommend washing the dishes before you use them but that’s pretty common sense. The staff was very helpful virtually through booking.com messages and also kind. The walk to downtown Gatlinburg is maybe 5 to 7 minutes, very accessible.

The walk to the downtown parkway was very easy, and it was so nice not to worry about parking! The cabin was very clean and the amenities were mostly to our liking, such as the wifi and the ability to log into our streaming services on the TV. We were free to change the thermostat during our visit as well. The ability to prepare our own meals in the kitchen cut down on the cost of our trip overall.

We liked the location, which was close to downtown. We also liked the room layout and privacy. They were also very responsive when I had questions about things. We would definitely stay here again!

Amy and the rest of the staff were very helpful in easing my locating and entering the cabin.
