Loved the room and the location. Weird that there’s no staff but overall a wonderful stay.
there was no breakfast available - just a darling comfortable under-the-radar boutique hotel with just 5 rooms. It was downstairs but had a great window for view. Great location in Grand Rapids.
The room was so cozy and clean the record player with the albums did it for me!
The Finnley is a lovely hotel. Our room was spacious, comfortable and the contemporary design set it apart from most hotels. I would definitely return enthusiastically to the Finnley.
very nicely decorated, the bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. the check in process was very easy and though we didnt encounter any on-site staff, i was able to get my questions answered quickly through message. the location was incredible! a comfortable walking distance from a lot of very nice restaurants and venues
