The service provided by the lobby staff, including the valets and entry staff was quite exceptional. Always attentive; always helpful. Consistently, the best service I have experienced.

Love the location and the 12pm check out. Plus, free snacks and free drink at the bar.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived mid-morning and were allowed to store our luggage for the day prior to checking in early evening. Loved the vouchers for a beer, glass of wine or other beverage. Room was spacious and spotless, king bed very comfortable. Excellent location in downtown Boston, only a 3-minute walk to public transit.
