Centrally located to both the eastern and western side of the peninsula and within a short drive of the retail in Soldotna. It's clean, the staff is nice and you get more than what you pay for.

As of Aug. 2024, the place was recently renovated. New carpet flooring linoleum bathroom fixtures. The place looked brand new and very clean.

It was nice and smaller. The people who cared for the property ran a tight ship. Some people came at one point and were causing problems with noise and were dealt with. I don’t know if they were guests or people who just stopped there. But it was dealt with quickly. The rooms were basic, but nice and clean. It seemed like a work in progress. It it is going in the right direction. Hotels and accommodations in Alaska are different than other places. So you can’t hold them to the same standard as in Europe or the lower 48 and parts of Canada.

The property was amazing. Owner and staff were very friendly and helpful at the drop of a hat. Location might have been right on the road, but it was still so quiet and peaceful.

Friendly owner and staff- easy to find- very accommodating. I’d stay again!
