Very cool surroundings and neat to stay in a hotel that isn’t cookie cutter or stuffy. Meticulously kept. The room and the common areas were cheery and modern. The staff which helped me over the phone and welcomed me were cheerful and professional. The sparkling water machine on my floor was fantastic and exactly what I needed to recover from a long day of walking around. Really nice stay. Thank you!
Friendly staff and the room was spacious and comfortable
The location was perfect once we got our luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. It was right smack in the middle of Essex Street but the other issue was time. Nothing really opens until 10-11:00 AM. It was still a wonderful trip although I thought the room was a little pricey
Everything. It’s a wonderful hotel we can’t wait to stay again next year. The staff was absolutely phenomenal.
