Very friendly staff, unique hotel!

Clean but beds were wayyyy too soft, both my husband and myself had sore backs everyday, otherwise I would give this place a 10!

I liked the high end feel of the decor and facilities

This is our 5th time staying at time this property

The hotel was beautifully designed with a wonderful lobby to relax or work out of. The room was immaculate and the bed was extremely comfortable. I enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant with a lovely view of the river. Parking was easy and free, love that. Overall, a great hotel. I will be staying there whenever I am in town for business. I think it is an incredible value for a hotel of that quality.

The first room was way too warm - the heating and AC didn't work and were very noisy. The front desk person had no idea what to do and just said he'd get back to me in 30 minutes. He never did. I had to ask him again to fix the problem. Finally, they moved me to a different room after discovering the system wasn't working. Very frustrating to unpack and then have to repack a couple hours later.
