Great place, comfortable, nicely decorated with retro touches but modern amenities. Communication with hosts was excellent and check in and out seemless.
Absolutely loved our stay at The Local. Great location, clean and comfortable room, there is a pool and free access to Anastasia Fitness.

We loved the retro vibe and the location! It's situated in a quiet neighborhood just across the bridge from all of the action in the Historic District and less than 10 minutes from the beach, so you get the best of both worlds. There are restaurants and bars in easy walking distance, as well.
Nice little place walking to downtown historic was our favorite and the pool was perfect. They have great coffee and a water filter to refill your water bottles. Everything else was nice.
