Location...location...location. The nights were quiet in the area when we visited (July). The whole area is peaceful, and the mountains surround the valley.
Lots of walking areas in the vicinity of the apartment. It is located in walking distance (2 blocks) to the Steamboat Gondola and Plaza.
Communications with all involved were excellent. Check-in was easy!
The apartment was cozy and clean. The main bedroom has a walk-in shower, which was a plus for my 72-year-old brother; the second room has a queen and single bed.
The apartment has two private bathrooms--one on each bedroom.
Good sized 2 bed/2 bath condo. Perfect for a small family. Pool was nice, gas grills were a bonus too!
The space was good, comfortable. The fact that there are rules for quiet hours.
Great location to get to Steamboat village. VERY walkable.
Having 3 separate beds and 2 bathrooms was a great value! Was traveling with 2 unrelated friends and it was good that none of us had to share.
