Location is very quaint, with a nice fireplace area in the back.

The bed and pillow were perhaps the most comfortable I have ever encountered, truly exceptional. The pillow and comforter were down filled! And the provided extras, a variety of Twinning's tea, coffee, oatmeal, were most unexpected. The place as the most relaxing vibe, just totally peaceful. I slept like a baby, which I almost never do. And I parked my motorcycle right outside my window, so I can keep an eye on it, though in this area I don't think I had anything to worry about. Still, it was expensive and it is new and........The Lorca also has a fire pit, with provided wood, and gas grills, lots of Adirondack chairs, including right outside my door. And a little table too. And they have a screened in very large area for dining after grilling. Very, very nice.

Simple accommodations that were just right for our stay while we skied at Gore Mountain.

Nice location and nice grounds, cozy room. The inside of the room looked exactly like in the pictures. Didn't have time to make use of the bonfire area, but it looked nice and welcoming, with ample firewood free for use. Coffee, hot chocolate, and oatmeal packets (and the means to prepare them) were provided in the room. Self-check in/out is easy (but do read the check in instructions ahead of time, as there is very little phone signal in the immediate vicinity).

Everything, quiet, peaceful, very clean. No tv which was fine.
