Excellent staff,extremely clean, GREAT location. LOVED the free use of beach chairs and umbrella. Only 30 rooms so very quiet, but so close to the beach and ocean blvd
Everything! Unique decor and space. Staff is extremely friendly and location was great. Loved the restaurant on site. Great room space!
Looks just like the pictures. Staff was very nice and helped with all our needs. Love that they include beach chairs/towels and umbrellas to chill at the beach before and after checkout. Also, baggage storage was a big plus as well. We came from a cruise in the morning before check-in and had a late flight going back home after checkout so they were very accommodating. Love the mini bar frig of drinks! Definitely would stay here again!
Staff, Cleanness and location near the beaches
Possibility of umbrella and armchairs
The room was cozy but well appointed and easy to access. Street noise was reasonable given the location in the heart of miami beach and actually surprised at how quiet the room was based on my expectations when coming in from the local nightlife. The staff were very friendly and accommodating between early check-in, strong drinks and friendly smiles. The complementary beach chairs and towels was awesome as I was traveling for work and hadn't planned on a trip to the sand.
