Friendly staff, in a really cool part of the city. Easy transport links downtown
Staff were friendly, accomodating and helpful with recommendations. Location was close to coffee shops and restaurants:
The location is great! Lots of nice restaurants, cafes and wine bars close by. The staff was super friendly and gave us many tips.
Loved this hotel. Really stylish and great bar area and cafe for breakfast
The Metro is a home from the beginning. It is simple, small and a bit crooked but is is full of heartiness. The owner (?) helps you with anything and gives you good guidance especially for the Haights.
A good place to start your trip to SF.
