The Peninsula is a true five-star hotel. The room comfort is excellent, with great attention to detail. The service staff is outstanding. Our suite was spacious and beautifully appointed. Breakfast and the restaurant’s location were both excellent. The pool on the 20th floor is large and offers a magnificent view of the city, with every possible comfort. Among the best five-star hotels I have stayed in. Highly recommended.

Food was excellent; room service exceptional; everyone was quick and courteous. The only issue was every morning and dinnertime there was a pervasive food smell in the room.

The service was impeccable! I loved our stay and would highly recommend to splurge if possible. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas time and our views from our room were stunning!

Everything was above expectations. There was ample staff to take care of everyone’s needs or requests. A delight to be there.
