Location, location ! Great bar and eatery next door with friendly staff. Room refurbished post the 2024 floods. It's very much a budget rate for Crystal River - but value wise, it's about right. For a budget room to sleep the night, it was great - brand new AC, bed very comfortable, bathroom all ok.... but it's not a romantic getaway hotel....
Beautiful location , could not be bettered for Manatee watching . Manatee swim centre on site

Flexible to respond to check-in request in the middle of the night
The location can't be beat, right on the water, manatees swimming by in the morning. Wake-up view is fantastic.
The location was great, right on the river. We spent some lovely time watching the boats and the birds. The on site restaurant was good and the bar staff were lovely.
