The restaurant was lovely with a nice view of the marina. We had a continental breakfast which was good. The room was spacious and SO clean, nice kitchenette and bath. All in all a nice stay.
Relaxing, new, rooms very well thought out in design as far as storage and comfort.
Grounds and patios were awesome.

It was quiet. The room was so comfortable and the bed was very comfortable too. Love the people at the food truck were so nice and accommodating. But the spot was so quiet!
everything! we had a 2 bedroom suite which was small but immaculate. located directly on the water. views were amazing. located close to Greenport and wineries. a memorable experience. We would definitely come back and stay there again
