Cleanliness of the building the staff presentation and the room was very comfortable
Nice (large) foyer area with indoor/outdoor fireplace and Peet’s coffee shop, restaurant & bar area. Decorated lovely for Christmas. Great outdoor area. Checkout 11am, which gives adequate time.

From the moment you pull in everything goes has planned. From parking the car, to checking in. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel is okay. It’s a bit of a walk, but not too bad if you are going to the aquarium. So be mindful if you have children. Other than the location, I wouldn’t change anything. My Family will be back.
