It was clean and comfortable in a good location. I think breakfast was free.
Conveniently located to places we were visiting. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Extremely comfortable bed!! I’d buy that mattress if I knew where to buy one. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee was good and strong.
The location was great for exploring Lenox and surrounding towns, Tanglewood, Rockwell Museum, The Mount, and the Botantical Gardens. Also, close to Guido's Market (for provisions to take to Tanglewood picnic) and Electra's Cafe (for a quick lunch before check-in). The chairs in the back facing the wildlike santuary were fabulous!!! Very peaceful to enjoy the morning or early evening. Lots of breakfast choices! Breakfast staff was very attentive.
The front desk folks were very friendly! The room was clean and we loved the shower. Beds good, pillows good. We had a little balcony, which was pleasant to sit on because we had some good weather.
