Comfortable & clean room with informative and helpful managers. Resort fee provides wood burning sauna, kayaks & canoes as well as bicycles, fire pits and s’mores kits. Very close to Grand Marais a very nice small town with plenty of good eateries and stores.

This is a beautiful property with an amazing view of Lake Superior, clean, comfortable accommodations that feel like home, with staff who are there as needed, but mostly leave you to enjoy a great experience. The location provided us with perfect access to so many wonderful state parks and historic locations as well as an easy day trip into Canada to visit Thunder Bay. The amenities, included grills and grilling equipment, wood and fire pits, lovely seating and picnic tables, a sauna, and even prepackaged "smore ingredients". There was a good supply of board games, and we had some truly lovely family time together. HIGHLY recommended!

The grounds are so enjoyable with 2 fire pits, sauna and rocks on the water to sit on to enjoy the waves and see moonrise! The room was exceptionally clean.

The sauna was a nice bonus, the location, the lake view.

Excellent amenities. Well-equipped kitchen, outdoor barbecues and fire pits. Very helpful office with staff knowledgeable about the area.
