I loved how accommodating they were . Apparently even though my booking included a pull out couch , because of using a 3rd party site I was not promised one, they quickly accommodated us with a pull out couch free of charge.
It was very cozy, well kept, and we had everything we needed
The staff were very amicable. Very helpful for guiding me around Las Vegas. Didn’t charge me parking fees
staff were super friendly and made me feel like i was right at home i will be rebooking with this hotel again when i come back next year
The room was in much better condition than the last time we stayed here. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating each time.
