The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself is bright, modern, and clean, with many areas to sit and relax, there is even a rooftop deck. Breakfast is a bonus. Great value for NYC.

Comfortable, clean, well run, friendly staff. So close to Manhattan! Five minutes from the subway station and literally two stops in. Decent breakfasts with eggs, sausage, etc. Decent coffee 24 hours. It's a little bit in the "hood" with some sketchy characters around but as a New Yorker it doesn't feel dangerous and the worst you'll experience at night is some crazy people shouting. Lots of brightly lit stores around. And there are lots of hotels and other tourists in the area.
