Front staff were super friendly and helpful! There was a kitchen in the room, and hot breakfast in the morning.
I’ve never had a bad experience. Your staff is so polite and accommodating willing to work on any issue quickly even if that’s you being forgetful leaving your items they put them up and protect them. I think you guys for the great service as always Joshua you were a great man we even got to see a little visitor grateful for all our stay
I like that they have a indoor heated pool plus a jacuzzi and a nice restaurant next door
The only thing was the Jacuzzi water looked cloudy and the walls looked dirty
The personal touch of the wash towel shaped in the likeness of a dog made me feel at home. I traveled and stayed in hundreds of hotels and thousands of stays and this is the first time I have ever seen that. Loved it soo much that I took it home to my wife. I will never stay anywhere else when I am in the area again. Staff is wonderful and very courteous. And the Black Bear I encountered @1am coming back from work at the dumpster was another first for me.
Good location. Easy highway access. Breakfast was alright.
