The place is located in a quiet area and lots of places for dining to choose from. If I had another opportunity, I would go back there.

Just what we needed for a weekend visit to Arlington. It was basically a hotel room w private bath. The bed was comfortable and the location great (easy to pick up morning coffee).

The spotless room was excellently appointed with helpful amenities. The private entrance was a plus, very accessible yet nicely set back. The Den is a perfect, homey base for exploring Medford, Somerville, Cambridge, or Boston.

Great location. SUPER clean. Hosts stayed in touch throughout the stay, very clear instructions as to parking, etc.

Location was excellent for our purposes. The owners/staff were extremely attentive and responsive to our requests and suggestions. Free onsite parking was a welcome bonus. Abundant food choices within walking distance.
