The location of the hotel was to every place I needed to go to. The room was clean and very spacious for me and my family. And, the cable TV had EVERY channel you could think of, which was a plus. The pool and hot tub area were nice.
I believe the staff were amazing and took care of us during our stay and went out of their way to make sure we are comfortable and would return in the future. The manager on duty is very professional and easy to work with. Definitely need more people like her in this business

I do not think I got the room I reserved. I am now attempting to contact the hotel itself but the number is no good. Trying to contact Booking.com is next to impossible. Speaking with a real person would be nice.
AMENDMENT. I was able to contact the hotel by phone. My bad eyesight read the number wrong. I spoke with the desk clerk and all is sorted. She will relay my information to the company and hopefully the website photos will be updated.
