The staff were super friendly, the hotel was a great price and was comfortable.
Good value. Close to the petrified Forest. Comfortable beds
The hotel was very clean, especially the floor as I forgot to bring slippers. I was barefoot and super comfortable in my room. The little LED lamp on the night stand provided plenty of USB and plugs to charge my phone & watch. You can tell the owner takes care of the property and is thoughtful with his customers/travellers.
Having a washing machine and dryer is extremely important when you are on the road for a long time. MAke sure you have lots of quarters! It was very easy from the hotel to get to the Petrified Forest NP. There are plenty of restaurants in the area for food. The staff here were very friendly and helpful. Parking is right outside your door. Fridge and microwave in the room were useful. This is not a fancy place, but one for a good night sleep while you are on the road. Rooms might be a bit small, if you have children.
There is a really sweet couple that runs the place. I liked having the heated, indoor pool and the small but adequate gym. Also, having a guest laundry room on site that charges only $2.00/load was nice. Bring your own laundry detergent.
