I like the location because it’s less then 10 minutes from anything you would need in Killeen
The staff was really sweet. Absolutely loved the location and that there was a grocery store right behind them, Walgreens and restaurants within a 5-minute walk. Room itself was big and cozy. I really liked the Victorian style chairs.
I got stuck in traffic for several hours on my way to the area and the staff member was kind and able to check me in once I arrived at a very late time. I really appreciate that.
The hotel itself served it's purpose for what I was going to the area for. No more nor less. Reasonable price for what it was offered.
Room was clean and the bed looked great. Had issues at another Wyndham hotel a week or so prior. Location was great for me also.
The manager, Mrs. Joyce, is a shining example of excellent customer service, guaranteeing that every guest feels valued and cared for during their time at the hotel. Provides a valued and memorable experience for every hotel guest.
