Under construction, so that was too bad, but the room and staff were nice! Would have been good to be told before booking that some facilities and breakfast were not actually included.

We arrived at midnight, and the receptionist was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Despite the late hour, she made us feel comfortable and at ease, handling everything like a true professional.

The best part was the welcome I received entering the hotel lobby, as I was walking up to the front desk the sweetest 'check in' lady, immediately greeted me, so personable & kind! I started by saying our beagle girl was traveling with us, an ESA dog & without hesitation this young lady stated they could never turn us down & our dog was as welcome as we were!!! (my husband was arriving later)... Just a fantastic arrival after a long drive!

Staff was wonderful and friendly! Beds very comfortable! This will be my forever stay visiting michigan in the future!

The manager was very nice as well as the rest of the staff. The room #300 was small but clean and served it's purpose for my son.
