Rooms are clean and visually lovely. Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was top notch.
After being stuck in Charlotte and multiple issues arising, that hotel and especially the front desk clerk were absolutely amazing. We’d just come from a different, last minute hotel that was a nightmare. Such a relief after the rest of the crazy.

The property is very clean, well-kept and in a great location near the Charlotte Airport. It was exactly what we needed for an overnight stay prior to our flight.
