Location. Value for the money. service cleanliness. Nice atmosphere.
The place is clean and neat. But I guess some sink syphons must be cleaned or replaced. Or probably the sewage pipes as well. Because sometimes the bathroom got some bad odors like humidity or soiled tubes and there was no one there.
Besides that, it's a wonderful place to be and a nice experience!

около каждой кровати есть шторка - чувствуешь себя уютнее и безопаснее
Не очень чистые туалеты, бумага была только в одном из 10, из обычного крана (не душевого) течет только холодная вода
Расположен рядом с центром города, в пешей доступности много достопримечательностей
претензий нет
