It was easy to find the lock box. The place was very clean. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. The pool, gym and roof top garden were all excellent. The location was awesome as it was close to the metro, easy to walk around, and across the street from the convention center (which was where we needed to be). And it had free parking!!! Which was also phenomenal. If I ever need to be in downtown Los Angeles again, I will definitely look for this place to stay. The owner or manager person was awesome, extremely responsive, and very helpful. When we needed more towels or anything, they got back to me right away. Great deal all the way around!! And also at a very reasonable price.
We went to Little Tokyo and it was very easy to go by metro. And pretty quick as well.
