Perfect location for our trip. We have visited WDW many time and this time specifically chose to visit EPCOT and Disneys Hollywood Studios, so Swan was PERFECT for these. Particularly EPCOT as the stroll through Broadwalk in the morning was glorious. For DHS we walked once but preferred the boat option as the walk wasn’t as picturesque, but still pleasant and easily walkable (boat just our preference) Large beds, sheets high quality. Fine sized for family of four. Hotel and room were spotless - pool area beautiful and lots of different areas to enjoy. Staff were all polite Loved everything. As previously said, the only small issue was the lack of bussing at pool area. Empty glasses and food items left at sunbeds for very long times after use which is unsightly. Even long after guests had left this area the glasses etc reminded.

The location was absolutely perfect It was perfect all the time wherever you went People were truelu kind and friendly alwaus trying to fulfill your needs Internet in the outside areas of the hotel didnt work well. I had to pay a fee extra por staying in the hotel. I didnt know that existed. Almost 600 dolars or more. We stayed at a very important hotel in universal and that didnt happen
