Aretha at reception was amazing. She is so friendly and helped us with getting tickets for the Hop on Hop off bus. Thank you Aretha
Room size was very good, not small, not too big. Bathroom was clean and on the small side with the toilette to close to the bathtub; towels were soft. A/C works perfectly. The hotel lobby was nicely decorated with ample spaces. Breakfast options were good. Staff was really nice and helpful. Location was excellent for the purpose of my trip.

Good aura
The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The parking was free, they were able to allow me to check in early which was a plus.
The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful including the janitorial staff. Everyone had a smile on their face.
The breakfast was ok and service was quite slow. But otherwise it was a nice stay.
