The Westhaven is conveniently located. Very short drive to Apple Hill and Placerville. And the drive down to South Lake Tahoe in one direction or the Sacramento/Folsom are the other isn't very long. In fact, you are right in the middle here. The nice couple that runs this hotel are always friendly and easy to work with. And the rooms are big with in room coffee!
I come here every year in early June to spend time outdoors. This place is always nice and reasonably priced. It is family run and they take good care of it and are very kind. The rooms are large, well insulated from highway noise, and have great small refrigerators. They also have a tiny balcony with sliding glass doors so you don’t feel it boxed-in.
The rooms were spacious, equipped with mini fridge coffee and microwave. Perfect for traveling with kids. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful
Great location, great price. Got the job done for what I needed. Close to many food/gad options. Appreciated the microwave AND mini fridge. Don't get microwaves much any more.
The room was quiet, spacious and clean. The owners are warm and friendly
