A real gem architecture, history, staff and wonderful restaurant and bar
Restoration was incredible. We were very happy to stay in such a beautiful and historic hotel.
The Windsor is an historic hotel, but had modern conveniences such as air conditioning and bright lights even though older fixtures. Bed was very comfortable. No refrigerator in room but staff could accommodate since they have a restaurant on site. The restaurant is more than excellent!! No breakfast, but at sign-in was told five possible places to have breakfast, one right across the street. I really enjoyed my stay, dinner at their restaurant, and would highly recommend.
The hotel has been nicely renovated. The beds were comfortable, we slept well! The water in the shower was hot and the pressure was good. The bistro was very lively! The service in the restaurant was really excellent.
We didn’t know there was a breakfast.
That was our only disappointment.
