I am a wheelchair user and although I had requested ADA they did the next best which was ground floor. The shower DID Have a grab bar that was helpful and the double bed room was spacious for navigating in a wheelchair. The front desk clerk advised me that the ADA rooms do have the bar, they just were not available that Saturday night.
Lots of construction but very nice upgrades and nice staff.
Bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, the parking lot was close to my room, NRG Stadium was across the street, and the price was great compared to other hotels, so I was happy!

It was nice and clean. I didn’t know what to expect after reading some bad reviews but I was surprised cause it was the opposite of what I had read. Our rooms were nice and clean, everything worked perfectly. Our shower was intact lol. Hall doors were locked they could only be opened with room card. Elevator was working. Walking distance to NRG. Area wasn’t bad at all, nothing that we haven’t experienced back in San Antonio.I recommend rooms 270-271!
The location next to the arena was very close didn't have walk far
