Winthrop Inn was clean, well cared for and simple. The staff was excellent. We arrived late and although staff was unavailable and the office was closed, they left us an envelope with the information we needed to check in ourselves. Beds were comfortable.

Good location with the nice river behind the parking lot. Easy to register, it was quiet and the room had everyting we needed and met all of our needs.

The receptionist was delightful. Having ridden a motorcycle for over 175 miles the cheerful smile, and helpfulness she gave us was just what we needed. The simplicity of the door code entry number versus dreaded keys that always get lost was a bonus. It was very hot outside so the air conditioned room was great. The coffee machine was also a bonus, plus for the first time ever there were creamers available, not the powder kind but liquid. A first. The nightly rate was extremely reasonable, especially for an In in the middle of town. Congrats on a great place. I would stay again and highly recommend to others.

Very friendly and nice stuff, they let us check-in two hours earlier. Table and microwave in the room were really nice as well as coffee maker with good coffee. Breakfast exceeded our expectations, yogurt, fresh waffles, fruit, bagels, cream cheese, orange juice. We could leave our backpacks in after check out. Overall a great place to stay for very reasonable price :)

Nice creek to sit at behind property. Nice walk into town, or hotel offers bicycles. Large spacious room. Grocery store and good restaurant close. Breakfast included.
