The staff is always consistent in their attention to detail. This was my first time meeting the GM Rick, and he was very attentive and helpful with some reservations issues that were completely the 3rd party apps fault and not the hotel's fault but that didn't keep him from going out of his way to help me and my significant other (450 miles away) and getting me situated so I could get back to my room without worries or surprises later. He even called personally to inform us that the issues were resolved without further concerns. Every time I stay at this location, it's like family. Great job with the entire staff.
