After being abroad and seeing how exceptionally their customer service is in regards to their customers really all services here in the States leave a lot to desire in all the hotel was very clean the breakfast is to expensive plus on the site they seem too portray that breakfast is included which it is not.
That it was very easy to get on my cruise the next morning
The check in process mostly took place online and was very easy. Staff was friendly, and the hotel was easy to get to from the main roads. The room felt very updated with a spacious bathroom, and it was very clean. The lobby was clean and well stocked with a little supplies wall. I didn't utilize the bar in the lobby, but it seemed like it would have been a nice place to sit.
