Staff was very friendly and helpful and there was always someone at the front desk. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfy. Plenty of outlets for charging devices.

I had a booking confirmation, but when I arrived there was no record of it. The lady on duty, Kia, took care of it and had me in a room in minutes. The next morning Ashley and Leslie checked into and made sure there was no issue with the reservation. These three ladies were cheerful and friendly. Absolutely excellent service from this hotel. First time staying at this hotel. Absolutely loved it. I would say it is in the style of Ikea. Very clean. Laminated floors, so no dirty carpet. Black out blinds was a great touch. Bed was comfortable and with no light I was able to sleep in. All in all this is my new favorite hotel. Recommend Avid highly.

Location was great, awesome restaurant on site and full breakfast included. Indoor heated pool and close to major amenities!

Erica and Maissy were amazing. They were both so helpful. When I needed help picking something up off the floor. Maissy was quick to come up and help. As I'm disabled. Erica was very helpful with a complaint I had about some really loud patrons.

The location was great, and it was one of the nicest, cleanest hotels I've ever stayed at.
