The customer service including the advice on where to eat, the control of the lighting, the TV, and the curtain in the palm of your hand. And can't forget how colorful and stand out the lobby is.
I love the beds and the color changing light. It was a really nice ambiance.
I absolutely liked how when it came close to night time the front sliding door for the main entrance to the hotel would basically be on lock mode unless you had a card. Made my stay so much more safer and secure as well having a security guard around making sure no one came in without their key card. Me being deaf the servers were super nice and helpful as well! I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a short & sweet stay it's totally worth it!
We were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of our room, and the hotel in general, during our stay. The hotel is in the well kept and modern NOMA area. Its a little quiet but also feels safe, ~15 mins walk to the train station, and ~ 10 to Union Market. The closest subway is ~ 5 minute walk.
The rooms are compact but ideal for a short stay. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was high quality. Electronics are controlled via an iPad, which was a fun touch. The lobby, bathrooms, elevators, and corridors all continued the theme of playful yet high quality. Overall, this was a hotel that we looked forward to returning to, rather than a place to simply spend the night.
