Room was nice and well designed. Mini bar well stocked too. Staff at front desk and valet were very friendly.
Very kind, accommodating, and flexible property. We had a health issue and had to rearrange the dates of our stay and they could not have been kinder or more understanding.
Really quiet and clean in the middle of downtown Palo Alto. Upgraded to a nice suite beds very comfortable, blackout curtains, nice and dark. Good room service breakfast the next morning. Plush robes, nice big closet. Hot chocolate down in the lobby, and not the mix your own powdery stuff. It was pretty delicious. Coffee service on each floor in the morning. Pretty special.
Great staff at front door and front desk. Katie at the front desk was fantastic. She gets "service" and is a tremendous asset to the organization.
Great design and decor. High quality in the guest rooms. Liked coffee and tea available on guest floor.
