The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. I did have to ask for a blow dryer.
Location close to Citi Field and a few food restaurants and deli. Room was a good size at a fair price.
Safe surroundings, lots of amenities in the hotel which was very convenient and close to airports. Rooftop had nice views.
The High level of Service. Anything I need, some extra assistance, they are more than Ready and Gracious.
Service was the Key Factor. I am somewhat Disabled. I do not move easily or quickly. The Staff is Aware of this. They go out of their
Way to see that my needs, especially my Comfort are met. I Amy staying at this Hotel while my new home is going through a Renovation
Period before I move in. This Process has taken longer than Planned. This location has assisted me in the length of my stay and made all
the technical aspects move Smoothly. To Conclude your Key Associates, Llamar and Douglas have made sure that at All times I feel Safe,
Comfortable and not a Burden. I am always Acknowledged and am Grateful to the Hotel for for putting the treatment of your Guests as a Paramount Responsibility.
