В отеле мы отдыхали второй раз, нареканий почти нет.
Присоединяюсь к отзывам о необходимости ремонта.

Пляж прямо через дорогу первая линия , доступность магазинов и ресторанов , очень тихий район !
Вежливый персонал , сразу разместили по прибытию !
Завтраки за 14 дней одно и тоже и если прийти за 1 час до окончания завтрака, то будет что осталось (
Отель в целом неплох, соответствует описанию, хотя в некоторых моментах присутствует некий налёт запущенности. Взять хотя бы плачевное состояние того же деревянного настила вокруг бассейна, о котором здесь не раз писали. Но на территории красиво, тут не отнять. В целом считаю, что место немного переоценено, хотя вызвало скорее позитивные эмоции.

Отличное расположение, через дорогу пляж, рядом слева продуктовые магазины,
для завтраков питание считаю отличное, есть кофемашина, разные фрукты, выпечка, мясные блюда, зелень и т.д. , каждый думаю найдет себе, что то подходящее
номер по чистоте в комнате, в ванной для тайланда нормальный,постельное белье, полотенца чистые, менялись регулярно. Чистый, большой и комфортный по температуре бассейн, плавать было одно удовольствие.
При заселении в отель пытались заселить в номер категорией ниже на 1 ночь, после категорического отказа, номер с видом на бассейн нашелся, было не понятно с какой целью это было сделано, видать какой то умысел был, возможно кому то делали поздний выезд. При заселении не предоставляют ни какой информации пока сам не спросишь. Оказалось, что пароль от вай-фай - это нужно 2 раза ввести номер комнаты. Таец, который нас сопровождал до номера с чемоданами, долго ждал чаевые, которых у нас не оказалось, не успели еще поменять. 1000 батт берут на рецепшен при регистрации в качестве залога (у нас оставались с прошлой поездки). Шумный кондиционер, нам спать было сложно. Вай-фай регулярно вылетал, приходилось заново авторизироваться, тв российский канал всего один, постоянно зависал. Шезлонги и матрацы у бассейна никто не протирает, грязные. При нас прошел ливень, никто и не подумал протереть матрацы, отдыхающие их просто переворачивали. Вход на территорию со стороны моря не охраняется и не закрывается, как проходной двор, может зайти любой посторонний, поплавать в бассейне и спокойно уйти.
