Needs some improvements. My bright pink room was not pleasant.
The staff was helpful and replaced our towels and water bottles daily. You can book everything in koh Chang with the owner.

Room by the swimmingpool . Nice and quiet location with nice garden.
Cleaning everyday and fresh towels every 2/3 days.
Lovely people! And a good value for your money.
If you want to play some poule or play jeux de boulle and a nice little bar on the streetside.
Would stay there again.
