The room was well equipped.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, you feel that they are one of your family.
The room was big and clean.
I didn't use any insect repellent.
The Spa in the other jw marriot location was very good.
Kids club offer switch devices.
They have a lot of activities.
Wonderful resort with great facilities. Pool and gym were excellent and loads of activities. Shops nearby
Very nice. Price could have been maybe 20-30 percent cheaper bc of off season
The hotel is unique and near to turtle village which made our stay amazing. We have booked two bedroom and the apartment was big enough to accommodate and there were washing machine and clothes dryer and the activities in the hotel were literally enjoyable and the kids enjoys mini chef sushi and movie under star. They took care of our kids while we relaxed with billiard and cycling. The employees smile and the service is great.
The hotel is near turtle village where they’re 7-11 and near Thai Restaurants.
We enjoyed and the kids didn’t want to leave even though we were 4 nights but it was not enough.

All in all this place is a fantastic place for families with kids and who want to enjoy a luxurious family stay. The effort made by the hotel staff and management is commendable and truly appreciated. It’s a place where I would come back for sure.
