Located behind the hotel, the condo offered easy walking access to the city, restaurants, and the beach. For longer trips, Grab and songthaews were readily available. The apartment was impeccably clean and featured a modern, large bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen suitable for complex cooking, complete with ample utensils, cookware, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer, and basic supplies like coffee, oil, soy sauce, and salt. Plenty of fresh bath and beach towels were provided. The bed was large and comfortable with clean, soft linens. The TV offered only local channels (no smart TV or Netflix). The balcony was perfect for enjoying beautiful sunsets. The pool and common areas in the lobby were also very pleasant, especially for remote work. The security guards were consistently friendly and courteous, greeting guests with a stand. Aleksei was an excellent host, providing prompt responses and helpful recommendations
