Great Location by Shinlin Market, Hotel very clean and room is spacious. There’s a young gentleman at the front desk that was really nice, helpful and supported us from booking taxi, translation when we call airport to request wheelchair for our next flight, and went beyond to check if our Taxi is able to cancel without being charge. Cleaning service was very helpful to my parent who is over 70s.
room is clean, fair size considering it’s in the city. close to the MRT and night market. friendly and helpful staff. coffee machine in the lobby is great! Convenient location for food. Short bus ride to the amusement park and education center.
This was a nice place to stay, but the building is older and has the feel of an older building. The room had good snacks, body wash and shampoo; however you need to bring your own hand soap and there are no toletries if you forget something (there"s a sign that says this is due to a Taiwanese law).Also, our room needed a good vacuuming. and had what appeared to be, either dust or mold in the bathroom around vent and window. I chose to think it was dust ;-). The staff was great and very helpful.
The employees and I mean all the employees were very kind.
It is a well located hotel for our interests in a local neighborhood at a reasonable price.
