The customer service was very helpful. We booked 2 rooms and asked for them to be next to each other. We also asked for a tatami room, and they accommodated us, no problem.
The breakfast that was included was exactly what we wanted: congee with over 12 different toppings/additions, scallion pancakes and turnip cake, plus fried eggs and dragon fruit. The coffee was also very good!
The bathroom was the best on our trip. Staff was super friendly. Everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was nice.
The hotel is almost brand new. The room was really nice and well-appointed. Breakfast was great. Parking was close by, convenient, and free. We were happy to receive the discount coupon to the nearby hot spring resort.
Totally happy with the stay. I would stay there again when I’m that area.
The staffs are very nice and helpful. Quite neighborhood. Everything else are all good.
